What is QHHT?

 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a form of hypnosis created by Dolores Cannon that aims to access a deeper state of consciousness. It's often used for exploring past lives and addressing personal issues through the subconscious mind.

Why get a QHHT session?

QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, can really be described as a holistic practice that helps people work through a range of challenges. For instance, it's known for helping reduce anxiety, often by allowing people to access deeper parts of their subconscious and find calming insights. It can also be great for improving sleep, since a lot of sleep issues tie back to unresolved stress or emotional patterns.

Beyond that, QHHT can boost focus and productivity because it helps people get to the root of what's distracting them. It's also known to enhance creativity, kind of unlocking that inner creative flow. It can even help with things like eating disorders by addressing the underlying emotional triggers. So it's a pretty versatile tool in that sense.

What should I expect during a QHHT session?

A typical QHHT session usually lasts a minimum of four hours. You'll be gently guided into a deep, relaxed state of hypnosis where you can explore past lives or other meaningful subconscious experiences. It's a lengthy but supportive process designed to give you plenty of time to delve into whatever comes up.

What if I just want a regular hypnosis session?

If someone isn’t specifically looking for QHHT and just wants a more general hypnosis session, that’s definitely an option. Standard hypnosis can still help them with relaxation, stress reduction, changing certain habits and addictions, or working on specific goals like improving confidence or focus.

In other words, hypnosis is pretty flexible. QHHT is just a specific style of it that dives into more spiritual or subconscious exploration. But if someone prefers a more straightforward hypnosis approach, that’s totally doable too.

Can I be traumatized by a QHHT session?

QHHT is considered a safe and gentle process. The intention is to help you access insights in a supportive and controlled environment. While it's possible to encounter emotional memories, I'll be there to guide you through them with care. Most people find the experience insightful rather than traumatic, and you’ll have my full support the entire time.

What if I go into a past life and experience a death scene?

It's actually very common for people exploring past lives to encounter moments of transition, including a death scene. The key thing to know is that you’re always in a safe and supportive environment. I will guide you through it with care, helping you observe it as a learning experience rather than something to fear. Many people find that even these intense moments can be quite healing and enlightening.

What are the chances that a QHHT session won't work for me?

In general, most people can be hypnotized to some degree, but the level of susceptibility does vary. Studies suggest that a small percentage of people—maybe around 10% to 15%—are considered highly resistant or just not very responsive to hypnosis. That said, QHHT   is a very individualized experience, and results can vary from person to person. Most people do find the sessions insightful and helpful, but it's important to come in with an open mind and no rigid expectations. In some cases, it might take time or a follow-up session to feel the full benefits. Rest assured, I  will do my best to help you get the most out of the experience. 

Do you still charge if the session doesn't work?

Yes, I do still charge if a session doesn’t go as expected. I always allow ample time and often work well beyond the recommended session length, waiting until the body shows it’s ready to go deeper. However, while I do everything possible to facilitate the process, I can’t guarantee hypnosis for every individual.

How do I prepare for my QHHT session?

  

  • Skip the Makeup: It’s      a good idea not to wear any makeup because, well, there's a good chance      you might shed a few tears during the session. It’s perfectly normal and      part of the process.
  • Bring a Snack: Since      we’ll likely be together for a good part of the day, bringing a little      something to eat is a great idea. This helps you stay comfortable and      keeps your energy up.
  • Clear Your Schedule:     It's best not to have any big plans or appointments right after the      session. Give yourself a little buffer time to process and relax.
  • Childcare Arrangements:     If you have kids, make sure a partner, family member, or friend can pick      them up or take care of them so you’re not feeling rushed or stressed      about leaving by a certain time.

  

  

If you catch yourself thinking, “This isn’t going to work for me,” try gently reframing that thought. Instead, remind yourself, “This is going to work really easily for me.” A calm, open, and receptive mindset allows the process to flow much more smoothly.

It’s also important to remember that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. As practitioners we simply guides the process, but you are always in control. Your subconscious will never take you somewhere you’re not ready to go or give you more than you can handle.

When you enter hypnosis, you’re moving into the theta brainwave state, a deeply relaxed yet aware state that you naturally experience every day, such as while driving on autopilot, daydreaming, or becoming absorbed in a movie. This is a safe, familiar state for the mind, and it’s where deep insight, clarity, and healing work can naturally occur.
